Chocolate zucchini bread in the oven, my first batches of the season. Normally I have zucchini coming out my ears and I can't use it fast enough but not this summer. So far I've had a total of three. And two long neck yellow squashes. :P
But it was enough for me to shred up more than eight cups, so I put half in the freezer and for later. Smells delicious.
