Baileys Marbled Cheesecake bars

Yes, I've been baking again. This is a really nice simple recipe and you can use either Bailey's OR creme de cacao.

Baileys Marbled Cheesecake bars
24 oreo cookies, crushed

3 tablespoons butter melted
3 8-oz packages of cream cheese softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1oz squares semisweet chocolate
¼  cup Baileys or crème de cacao

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9x2 pan.
Combine cookies and butter. Press cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour two thirds batter onto the crust. Melt chocolate per package directions and add to remaining batter along with the Baileys or crème de cacao. Spoon over the top of vanilla layer. Draw a knife through to marbleize. Bake for 45 minutes (I've done this in two different ovens- one electric, one gas and both times 40 mins was perfect) or until set. Cool or chill; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
