Halloween cat

A low charge day

In this age of everything we have around us needing a full charge, I found myself today with everything running on empty. iTouch, cell phone, the netbook I'm currently writing this on. (Even my car needs gas.) So if you were to actually see me right now, you'd see me surrounded by all these things plugged in to various outlets around the kitchen table, like a mangled octopus of sorts. I've been so busy with the book's release and such, I just sort of forgot to recharge things when I should have.

I'm also at my friend's house- which I have referred to in the past and still do as "The Spa." She and her husband are in NYC for the weekend so it's just me, Kitty and 3 or 4 unfinished Five-O stories, and a stack of DVDs. It really doesn't get much better than that. Unfortunately, I'm dealing with a headache I can not shake but remain hopeful. Thank god for Diet Coke is all I can say on that.

VN2 is doing reasonably well. The big gun reviewers haven't weighed in yet but, really, that's okay. But reader reviews and ratings have been very good to excellent (with the exception of one- LOL!) and it's a top rated seller at All Romance eBooks. So, I'm happy with that. I'll beg shameslessly here, if you bought the book and like, please rate it where you bought it. It helps, believe me! It's like feedback for fanfic, only it's more important.

Headache or not, I need to get my walk in so I guess I'll do it now and get it the heck off my agenda so I can write Danny/Steve angst.
